All of the moulds we produce are tested – to perfection – using machinery equivalent to that of the customer. For this purpose, if we do not have machinery at our facilities to meet all of these needs, we have partnerships with companies specializing in plastic injection with regional testing centres to provide this machinery, peripherals and technicians highly qualified for this purpose. As such, we have access to injection machinery up to 1,600 t clamping force and a 10 kg injection capacity to test our moulds.

Since a mould’s useful life can be extended for a long time with proper maintenance, we offer resources to carry out scheduled maintenance or make modifications to our customers’ moulds, whether produced by Marimoldes or by any other manufacturer.

Over its history, Marimoldes has always equipped itself with resources to perform all operations needed to produce injection moulds at its facilities, together with technicians highly specialized in their operation. We currently have the machinery and qualified technicians to produce moulds up to 2,500 x 2,000 mm.

Whenever the complexity of a part to be injected raises any doubt regarding the performance of the filling, the material’s reaction during cooling or any other difficulty, we can carry out rheological studies for validation purposes, or recommend design changes.

With our more than half a century of experience, and using next-generation software, we can help our customers develop 2D and 3D product designs which, in cooperation with specialized partners, can be converted into physical models to help reduce manufacturing costs.

Our designers have the know-how and tools to carry out projects in a short time frame with complete reliability, using the best technologies and high-quality materials.
